From the off Jacqui has been absolutely lovely, she is very reassuring, very knowledgeable and always very professional. She has extremely extensive knowledge in her products and procedures. A year ago, I got Botox here. Then I moved to London and had a few sessions there, but the results weren’t as good as when Jac did it. Jac’s technique is really gentle，no bruising or anything like that. So this time, I came all the way from London to Southampton to get my nose done, hoping for great results. I came here for the second time, the last time was three months ago to inject BOTOX, the service and results are very good, I did not hold back to come over and injected a Juvederm filler in the middle of the face. Today marks the sixth day since my Botox treatment, and I truly want to say—your injection technique is absolutely perfect! I have previously undergone four Botox treatments in China, and each time I experienced complications such as brow drooping and asymmetry. However, with your treatment, I haven’t had any of those issues at all.

Although there are still some faint lines on my forehead, they are exactly what I hoped for—natural and expressive. It’s perfect.
