Definitely 5/5!! Jacqui is so professional and extremely warm, she put me at ease straight away. It was my 1st time going anywhere like this for treatment so I was very nervous. I had my lip ripped open quite a few years ago and over time due to it not being sewn up completely symmetrical I had developed lines. It made me quite self conscious. I saw a very good review on Facebook where Jacqui had helped someone in a similar situation so I asked if she could help me. Well…. I am so so happy. My lips look so much fuller and more symmetrical plus the lines are not very visible. I have my confidence back!!! I am so so happy I found Jacqui. The rewards hung all over her wall speak volumes. From the off Jacqui has been absolutely lovely, she is very reassuring, very knowledgeable and always very professional. She has extremely extensive knowledge in her products and procedures. A year ago, I got Botox here. Then I moved to London and had a few sessions there, but the results weren’t as good as when Jac did it. Jac’s technique is really gentle，no bruising or anything like that. So this time, I came all the way from London to Southampton to get my nose done, hoping for great results. I came here for the second time, the last time was three months ago to inject BOTOX, the service and results are very good, I did not hold back to come over and injected a Juvederm filler in the middle of the face. The price can be said to be quite affordable and there are student discounts (almost 1/3 of the price of the same in China), the most amazing thing is that the results are super good a week after the injection, I really recommend it to beauties who have lines or tear troughs!

Very good service! I specifically waited for some time after the injections before reviewing because the results were really good! As a Chinese, I was worried that UK aesthetics would be different from Asian aesthetics, but the doctor was very experienced and gave me a great experience!

I had a 6 week course of non invasive mesotherapy which Jaqui suggested as my skin is prone to breakouts. Today marks the sixth day since my Botox treatment, and I truly want to say—your injection technique is absolutely perfect! I have previously undergone four Botox treatments in China, and each time I experienced complications such as brow drooping and asymmetry. However, with your treatment, I haven’t had any of those issues at all.

Although there are still some faint lines on my forehead, they are exactly what I hoped for—natural and expressive. It’s perfect.
