Amazing! I think this is the best doctor in Southampton! The injections are very effective. Jacqui is so nice and patient! 🥺🥺🥺 The best doctor in Southampton, much cheaper than doctors in China, and Jacqui is very gentle and easy to talk to. Girls, go get your injections! The technology from Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital and Beijing Eight Great Places Hospital is only 1/5 the price in China. I've had several treatments, and the technique is incredibly stable. A true Southampton specialty. No need to go to London for cosmetic procedures anymore, ladies!

Definitely 5/5!! Jacqui is so professional and extremely warm, she put me at ease straight away. It was my 1st time going anywhere like this for treatment so I was very nervous. I had my lip ripped open quite a few years ago and over time due to it not being sewn up completely symmetrical I had developed lines. It made me quite self conscious. I saw a very good review on Facebook where Jacqui had helped someone in a similar situation so I asked if she could help me. Well…. I am so so happy. My lips look so much fuller and more symmetrical plus the lines are not very visible. I have my confidence back!!! I am so so happy I found Jacqui. The rewards hung all over her wall speak volumes. She was so reassuring, took her time and really cares about the experience and outcome. A true professional! Highly recommended!

I had a great experience at this aesthetics clinic. The clinic itself is very clean and welcoming, and Jacqui was absolutely lovely. She’s incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, which immediately made me feel safe and comfortable. Jacqui took the time to explain everything clearly before the treatment and made sure I felt at ease throughout. I had Botox done and the whole process was smooth and reassuring, with amazing results! This was my first ever visit here, and honestly WOW! Jacqui was very kind, helpful and above all honest. I’ve had Botox a number of times before (elsewhere), but the treatment I received here has been amazing. Ive not ever had such a great result before. I am truly delighted with my results, and would 100% recommend in a heart beat. Thank you very much for your time. I will be back in the near future for more treatment's x

From the off Jacqui has been absolutely lovely, she is very reassuring, very knowledgeable and always very professional. She has extremely extensive knowledge in her products and procedures. I am a 60 year old male and I now use ZO products only on my face and what a positive difference they have made, even other people have noticed! She has also been treating an atrophic scar on my nose which is improving every day. I can’t recommend Jacqui highly enough. If you are looking for someone caring to help you in this field, go and see Jacqui, you won’t regret it! 👍🏻

IMHO the very best aesthetics clinic in Hampshire. Jacqui is very skilled and so passionate and knowledgable about the treatments Lumineux deliver. I’m so pleased with the various treatments I have had and especially the outcomes. It really has made me feel like a younger version of myself, with subtle changes, without looking like I’ve had any treatments. Jacqui always explains everything so thoroughly and her knowledge on treatments and the expected outcomes in exceptional. I wish I’d started years ago! This is my first time to have cosmetic surgery in the UK. I have had cosmetic surgery for many years before, but I was still pleasantly surprised after coming here. Jacqui is very patient, considerate, and experienced. She seems to have provided cosmetic surgery to many Asian faces. This time I had botox injections, which were mainly divided into two courses of injections. The prices here are affordable and the service is professional. I have already started to consider doing other projects here. After returning home, I recommended this agency to many of my friends, and some of them have already made appointments for consultations. In any case, it must be a good choice to make an appointment for a free consultation here.
